Perfect for a family weekend getaway
The owner was really attentive, just like when my wife mentioned her gluten intolerance and they had gf bread ready for her at breakfast. the breakfast was a real treat, everything fresh and they checked in often to make sure we had enough.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what we got, it was acceptable.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The welcoming vibe just hits you when you walk in. Geoff, the owner, is an absolute delight, greeting everyone with warmth and making sure all our needs were met—seriously, he’s like your vacation buddy! Plus, the breakfast buffet is a feast for champions, hot and plentiful, just a short walk from so many attractions.
Do recommend ❤️🌟

Oh mate, let me tell you about the breakfast spread! It was a feast fit for a king, sizzling hot and always being topped up, like the full englisher that dreams are made of. The location's spot on too, just a hop away from the Pleasure Beach! Big shoutout to Geoff, the owner, who really knows how to roll out the welcome mat.
Now, here’s the cheeky bit, our room could’ve done with a spritz of life—felt a tad worn. Plus, the noise from upstairs could be a right bother, making me think I was stuck on a rollercoaster until the wee hours!

Location close to the Pleasure Beach, complimentary tickets to local attractions, homely atmosphere with personal touches
The dining area felt cramped during breakfast service. a refresh of the dated decor and furnishings would greatly enhance the experience!!! Noise from adjoining rooms disrupted sleep, highlighting thin walls needing more soundproofing!!!

Breakfast was served at a time that suited our group, which was great. The small bar area allowed us to relax together after a long day. I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, especially as a single traveler.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences
Our family stay had its ups, mainly the friendly staff and close proximity to attractions. We encountered cleanliness issues in our room, yet appreciated the effort made by the staff to accommodate our breakfast needs. For families, consider looking for updated options nearby.
